All purchases made from Forthon are considered final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason, except in cases specified under our exceptions policy.

2. Exceptions to the Policy
We understand that mistakes can happen. Therefore, returns or exchanges will only be considered in the following situations:
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item for either a replacement or a full refund.
  • Incorrect Items: In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 2 days of delivery. We will either send the correct item or issue a refund.
3. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange under the exceptions listed above, the following conditions must be met:
  • The product must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all tags still attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase from Forthon.
  • The return or exchange request must be submitted within the allotted 2-day period from delivery.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances:

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale events.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Underwear, swimwear, or intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper care.

5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved for a defective or incorrect item, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item.

6. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for items unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
